Grapes lend their bright, refreshing flavor to the ultimate comfort food flavor combination: peanut butter and banana. Kids will have fun pressing the fruit into the peanut butter coated whole-wheat tortilla. Blueberries, raspberries or sliced strawberries can fill in for grapes as they come into season. This recipe was adapted from a recipe by Kirsten Uhrenholdt of The Family Dinner Book Blog.
Adult: Chop the grapes into pieces about the size of peas. Squeeze the citrus over the banana and cut the banana in half.
Kid: Spread the peanut or almond butter on the bottom half of each tortilla in a rectangular shape. Press the grapes evenly into the peanut butter. Add half the banana to each tortilla.
Together: Tightly roll up both wraps, folding in the left and right sides like a burrito and enjoy!
