This quick dip has no added sugar and is the perfect compliment to fresh fruit slices! This recipe is a Kids Cook Monday original.
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
8 oz crushed pineapple canned in juice
12 oz low-fat plain Greek yogurt (about 2 containers)
To serve: Apple, Mandarin orange and/or strawberry slices
Directions:
Adult: Open canned pineapple. Together: Drain pineapple from juice. Kid: Scoop pineapple and yogurt into a food processor. Adult: Process mixture until smooth.
