Meet Super Why at a Kids Cook Monday Event!

Calling all NJ-based preschoolers and parents! If your child is a fan of the show Super Why! on the TV network Sprout you’ll want to stop by the new Village Food Garden Culinary Center at the ShopRite of Greater Morristown, NJ on December 30th for a fun class about healthy cooking and a chance to meet some of Sprout’s most popular characters!

The Kids Cook Monday is thrilled to collaborate on this exciting event with Produce for Kids, ShopRite and Sprout. Participants will cook fun recipes from the Kids Cook Monday and Produce for Kids with ShopRite’s store dietitian, Jessica, while the Sprout characters Super Why and Princess Presto are on-hand to pose for photos and encourage kids to make healthy choices!

Little chefs will whip up easy, healthy recipes such as these Power Smoothies. Students will receive a Kids Cook Monday chef hat and fun giveaways and activities from Produce for Kids and Sprout. The class will be held at 10 am, but those shopping later in the day will also have a chance to meet the Sprout characters, who will hang out until 1:30 pm to meet shoppers and kids!

For more details about the event, visit the Morris Township-Morris Plains Patch.

Here at The Kids Cook Monday, we are honored to be partnering with so many brands that are helping kids and families make healthy choices. As Super Why would say, “Hip hip, hooray!”
